Salary: £37,200 per year
Our client is an established business based on Centrum 100 in Burton. Due to incoming business, they are set to expand considerably and as such have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Manager to join their team. The main purpose of this role will be to account manage all fleet customers ensuring they run legally, safely and cost effectively. Duties will include:
- Maintenance queries with leasing companies- negotiate the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Maintenance authorisation- make rational decisions to keep client’s vehicles and driver safe and cost effective.
- Fuel and Fuel Card Management
- Fleet Optimisation
- MOT & RFL checks
- Accident Management- in conjunction with FMG and clients’ insurers reduce down time and cost of accidents.
- Driving Licence Checking
- Liaise with sales on renewals and extensions of fleet vehicles
- Excess Mileage Tracking and contract amendments- as required
- Interpretation of Tracking Data
- Driver Interface and queries
- Monthly management reporting for Fleet Customers
- End of Contract Damage Assessment and Dispute Management
- Promoting additional services to our clients
- Monthly Fleet Management Invoicing- assist with invoicing.
