Fire Risk Assessor

Salary: £26,000 – £55,800 per year

Fire Risk Assessor – £46,500 – 12 month FTC – Public Sector – VR/27216

Principal People are delighted to be recruiting for a Fire Risk Assessor on a 12-month fixed term contract basis to join a public sector organisation covering their sites in and around London as well as the South of England.

The successful candidate will support the organisation in carrying out fire risk assessments autonomously on the streetside properties managed by the organisation.

As the Fire Risk Assessor your duties will include:

• Carrying out Fire Risk Assessments and reviews
• Improve fire safety management throughout the organisation
• Develop and deliver Fire Safety Training
• Ensure the organisation is Fire Safety compliant

The successful Fire Risk Assessor will have the following qualifications/experience as a minimum:

• A NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent level 3 qualification as a minimum.
• Experience of working within a property management, housing, social housing, public sector, care homes or education sector
• Be a flexible individual happy to travel throughout London and the south.
