Location: Macclesfield
Salary: Up to £45,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance + 10% Bonus

My client are a leading fire and security company who work with some of the UK’s most prestigious clients and projects. They are currently looking to recruit a project manager who has experience with fire and security systems and ideally worked on projects up to £1,000,000. Although the role is predominantly based around the Macclesfield area some travel further afield on occasion will be necessary.

The role of the project manager is to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to the clients specification. This includes identification of overspends and reacting proactively, prioritising workloads, meeting SLAs and management of on-site engineers (circa 9 staff). Additionally to this the project manager will have responsibility for risk assessments, health and safety, COSHH regulations and so on.

There is also a large emphasis on client relationship management with this role ensuring that the client is kept happy at all times as well as identification of any scope for extra works.

Any experience with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Companies or Facilities Management (FM) Companies is beneficial.
