Financial Sales Executive – German Speaking

Financial Sales – German Desk.

My client is a leading Company providing institutional, high net worth and retail customers with multi asset and multi market derivative dealing capability through CFD’s and Spread Betting products. They are now looking to expand their Financial Sales Team.

They are looking for enthusiastic individuals to make outgoing calls to clients that have expressed an interest in hearing more about their Company’s products and services.
This is not a cold calling position. You will be contacting new clients and clients that have not traded with them for a period of time to see how you can help them further.
You will be joining a small multi-lingual team of hardworking and committed individuals, dealing with a broad range of Clients.

The focus is to provide a first class Customer Service, in addition to making outgoing calls you will be acting as a point of contact for incoming Client trade queries. You will be responsible for resolving the queries in a timely manner and escalating issues to other departments within the organisation as appropriate.

The Person
What they are looking for are outgoing and confident individuals. As a minimum applicants must have:-
* Telesales experience, a minimum of 6 – 12 months.
* Capable of juggling a majority of administrative tasks in a fast moving target driven environment.
* Telesales experience within the financial sector would be an advantage.
* Ability to communicate fluently at business level, both verbally and in writing, in both English and German.
