Are you an experienced Business Analyst with previous experience of financial systems?

We are currently looking for an experienced Financial Business Analyst to support our internal teams to ensure that the management of performance and forecast across the business is conducted.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monthly accurate consolidation and timely alignment of Financial performance & forecast
• Coordination with FP&A to ensure consistency over time and support to enable overall consolidation of specific P&L lines.
• Consistently monitor P&L, improving details analytics components down to site level through CLM and driving consistency for historic rule based allocated components.
• Develop more granular annuity costs understanding to allow more effective productivity action plans and favour same account profit growth.
• Co-ordinate / produce all required materials for senior management reviews & other meetings as required.
• Establish strong dialogue with all Field Units to enable a consolidated view of the P&L hydraulics and an adequate business insight for Financials understanding.
• Support/Drive service towers analysis through proper data qualification along standard actual/outlooking reporting processes. Keep alignment with Service offering evolution. Contribute to Managed Print Services P&L continued improvement automation.
• Manage & maintain the monthly performance reviews with countries
• Develop the strategy Plan including a detailed hydraulics model to support the input to Corporate.
• Provide extensive support to key stakeholders in Xerox Europe & Xerox Corporate to support accurate understanding for external reporting purpose of the element of Services.
• Actively support the investigation & resolution of critical financial issues within countries
• Develop business cases for new business offerings within lines of business.
• Ensure daily management and development of team reporting to the role.

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong financial experience & expertise required
• Ability to interface with senior stakeholders and engage operations on financial interface.
• Excellent analytical skills balancing Technical and Operational perspective
• Personal Drive, Autonomy and simplification/automation orientation.
• Proven management ability and Project leadership.
