Salary: £31,200 – £38,400 per year

Finance Manager required for an international group based within the Ashby De La Zouch area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within a growing corporate company where you will be managing a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and have experience in training, supporting, and motivating a team.
Finance Manager Duties:
* Managing a team of 6
* Balance Sheet reconciliation
* Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
* Budget Preparation
* Banking
* Credit Control
* Analysing and reporting on costs
* Analyse service level agreements and report on differences
* Training and motivating staff
* Performance reviews
* Ensure operating procedures are followed at all times
