Finance Manager

Salary: £62,400 – £64,800 per year

Our client, an expanding business based in Staines upon Thames are seeking a Finance Manager to join their well-established business. This role would suit a Qualified Accountant who has been in a Finance Manager role in the past with a proven track record.

The successful Finance Manager will have the following skills:

* Monthly reporting, financial forecasting and budgeting

* Variance analysis and commentary on financial and operational performance

* Financial transactions including invoicing generation, processing and payments

* Employee Expenses

* Banking

* Balance Sheet reconciliations

* VAT Returns

* Processing of monthly payroll and year end payroll

* Providing financial insight and identifying and highlighting any risks to Directors

* Cashflow management

* Credit Control

* Liaising with the external Auditors

* Working closely with the Financial Controller on systems and process management and improvement

* Managing a team of 4

* Other ad hoc duties are required
