Finance Manager

•    Up to £50,000 salary.

We are working with a purpose-drive, sustainability-focussed marketing agency, with offices in London and Bristol, to hire a new Finance Manager to their team. This is far from a regular finance role, you’ll be working closely with the Finance Director, taking a commercial approach to produce reports and support projects. What you’ll be doing

•    Support the implementation of a new agency management system.
•    Collate data from across the business to support revenue forecasts.
•    Support monthly invoicing and month-end close processes.
•   Support wit planning and resource allocation for projects.
•   Produce a monthly report detailing billability by team, client, and individual.
•   Conduct variance analysis and other financial analysis to support decision making.

What you’ll need to apply

•    Proven experience in a similar position.
•    Experience in a marketing agency or similar business desirable.
