Salary: £36,000 per year
A fantastic new opportunity to join a wonderful team, based in Petersfield. This position will be a highly varied role, allowing the successful candidate to put several skills to good use, while taking on some fantastic benefits. This will be on a 1-year full time contract looking to start as soon as possible.
Finance Assistant & Payroll Administrator – About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the successful candidate will be handling both Sales and Purchase Ledger as well as Payroll. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-
- Preparation of invoices
- Receiving and placing purchase orders
- Monthly bank reconciliation and preparation
- Data entry in all areas of the company accounts
- Entering all payroll items in a timely manner
- Submitting monthly pensions
- Printing and issuing of payslips
- Answering any queries relating to payroll and finance
The successful Finance Assistant & Payroll Administrator will have
- Experience in payroll & general finance
- Good attention to detail
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Patient and approachable personality
- Can work to deadlines
