Finance Assistant – Hybrid Working

Salary: £28,800 per year

This innovative and forward-thinking business are now delighted to be in a strong position to expand their finance team with the appointment of a high-calibre Accounts Assistant.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the below;

• Debt chasing
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Cash allocation – process stripe batches, and BACS
• Ad – hoc invoicing through Xero for events, room hire etc.
• Processing supplier invoices
• Reconciling Purchase ledger statements
• Assist finance manager with ad hock financial reports
• Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
• Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions

Personal Profile

We are looking to speak with individuals who have excellent communication skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising in order to hit deadlines. You must have strong credit control skills with good knowledge of word and excel. Xero experience will be a distinct advantage.

Hours of work – 9:00-5:00 (30 minutes lunch) Hybrid working
