Field Service Supervisor

A leading supplier of large scale security systems is looking to strengthen it’s team with a Field Service Supervisor.

Ideally with a technical background and understanding of large scale projects within the security industry this role will involve managing the scheduling of global field service engineers.

Taking incoming field service requests, logging onto internal system and then planning a timely resolution. Organising service engineers working closely with regional hubs.

Providing an outstanding customer experience with effective communication.

Detailing scope of work for engineers, including risk and method statements, arranging site permits and access.

Managing service team including personnel issues, development plans and training.

Strong planning and organistional skills, high level of computer literacy.
