Field Service Engineer – Industrial Electrical
A leading manufacturer of industrial based energy systems, due to ongoing growth are now looking for an additional Field Service Engineer to join their existing UK service team and to cover Berkshire, North Hampshire, West London, M4 corridor and local surrounding region.
Based from home, the successful Field Service Engineer will be travelling to customer sites to carry out the installation, fault-finding, service and commissioning of industrial applications including steam and hot water plant; combustion burner systems, gas generators and control systems for a variety of industries including Power Generation, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Breweries, Distilleries and many others.
The successful individual is likely to be a time served Electrical Engineer; be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, 17th/18th Edition or above in Electrical Engineering and be able to demonstrate at least 3-5 years commercial experience of working within an electrical maintenance / service engineering capacity, working on the service, commissioning and breakdown repair of 3 phase industrial electrical systems, machinery or plant and now looking for a field-based opportunity. Gas safe training will be provided.
This position is offering a starting basic salary in the region of £38,400 – £39,600depending on experience plus overtime, allowances and team bonus resulting in overall annual earnings to be £40,000 – £50,000++ along with associated benefits to include a Company Car, company pension and sickness scheme as well as 25 days holiday + bank.
