Salary: 29,000 – 33,000 + Overtime

Opportunity for someone with a Field Service Engineering background to join a growing, world leading company based in North Yorkshire.
The Role
*
Provide full technical support in-house by responding to issues over the phone, email or online maintaining a detailed report of the requests and processes.
*
Carry out in depth maintenance processes on time with the “right first time” culture
*
Promote sales services and identify areas of work using technical awareness on site
*
Promote after sakes services
*
Provide detailed written reports of all activities to your line manager
*
Extent travel worldwide at short notice (UK Passport and full driving licence required)
The Person
*
Mechanical training
*
Has experience in a previous machine or assembly role or component assembly
*
Ideally apprentice trained in Electrical Engineering
*
Worked in field service or role or automated equipment
*
Flexible to travel worldwide
