Field Service Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join our international client who are the producer of inspection, transport and sorting machines within the food industry supplying across EMEIA (Europe / Middle East / India / Africa).

Field Service Engineer (International) – Salary: up to £43,200plus company car and benefits

The long-term relationship with their customers is important and in this role you will be representing the company. With your all-round technical experience, you will be able to quickly and efficiently help customers with their problems, not giving up until the job is done to the satisfaction of the customer. You will also be able to give an inspiring and clearly explanation of their machines and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Installing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading the machines and systems;
* Maintenance of the machines and systems at the client’s sites;
* Provide customer training;
* The role will primarily work in the UK, but could also travel throughout the EMEIA region and occasionally worldwide.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

Essential:

* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification;
* Welding experience (Minimum TIG level 2);
* Good understanding of computer network, networking;
* Relevant experience in pneumatics;
* Good communication skills, intercultural understanding and dealings;
* Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel.

Desirable:

* Experience in the food industry;
* Fluency in another European languages would be a plus.
