Field Sales Manager

Do you have previous field sales or trade counter experience preferably in the building trade?
Are you confident at pitching to clients and closing deals?
This is a full time permanent role and would suit an energetic and bold sales person who enjoys earning a good commission package!

Duties include:
– Meeting and exceeding Sales Targets
– Build and maintain a strong relationship with current customers
– Identify new potential customers to build sales
– Liaising with the office daily in regard to each order.
– Taking ownership of larger orders from start to finish.
– Managing your time between the office and field to ensure maximum efficiency
– Identifying the key decision makers to maximise sales.

Skills Required:
– Previous Sales experience is a MUST ideally from a builders / merchant / trade show background
– Have good numeracy skills, and be computer literate for communication, planning, forecasting, calendaring etc.
– Ability to learn and present product benefits (training will be provided).
– Self-motivated with a hard working proactive approach
– Full clean driving licence.

Start: ASAP
Location:

Office based in Pymoor – you will cover the region of
Suffolk, Norfolk, East and West Sussex and anything East of the M1 around
London. You will be based 50% office and 50% on the road.

Hours: Full Time
Salary: £Attractive! + generous commission + company car & company mobile.
