Due to continued growth throughout the UK they are actively recruiting a Field Sales Executive to cover a lucrative NW London based territory.

As a client facing Sales Executive you will be territory based, where you will develop a customer portfolio of small to mid-sized companies in an assigned geographical region. You will win and retain new business, ensure long term customer relationships and sell across an ever-growing portfolio of products and services. Through managing your own diary, you will schedule and prepare for prospect/existing user visits, negotiate sales of varying value and deliver excellence, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years target driven and client facing sales experience, gained selling similar products and/or B2B services. You will have excellent communication skills, high energy levels, commitment to client service and leadership qualities. You will be a natural fact finder, a strong negotiator and a keen closer. You will have a head for figures, trends and analysis, show integrity, innovation and accountability and above all a passion for sales with the desire to further your career in a company where Sales Executives enjoy real performance based promotion

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 23-27k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 31-37k in the first year. A full benefits package, including a company car and ongoing training is also provided.
