Field Sales Executive

Sales Representative – £20-£25k basic + OTE of £40-45k + Travel Expenses

Are you an experienced sales representative looking for an exciting new role in the Hampshire area?

My client is now looking to recruit an experienced sales individual to promote their managed IT Services. Candidates do not need an IT background however experience within business-to-business sales is essential. Ideally you will have experience of selling to professional services companies such as solicitors, accountants and similar types of companies. Successful candidates will have a proven track record within a professional sales environment.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

Experience within cold calling
A strong closer with a proven track record in field sales
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
Experience and ability to start up a role, using your knowledge and contacts
Ability to work as part of a team, able to engage and related to others at all levels
Excellent judgment and common sense
Self motivated, able to use own initiative and provide outstanding customer care.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload effectively
Able to open and develop new accounts

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrable experience in a sales background
A good sense of humour and team spirit
Attention to detail without forgetting the whole picture
Ability to set and work to tight deadlines and respond to change
Reliable, responsible and well organised
Exceptional self-motivation and drive with the desire to succeed.
Honesty and great integrity in all aspects of work
Ability to stay calm and work under pressure.
Possess a full UK Licence
