JHE and Partners are currently recruiting for a well-established company whose current turnover is £5m. Due to a managerial position being taken, there is now a position for a Field Sales Executive to join a busy, vibrant team. Working within the oil and gas industry, this company is a major player in their field and have experienced year-on-year growth.

Working within an already successful team, your main objectives will be to look after a warm client base. Account management is key within this role but you will also be required to generate new business, through making appointments over the telephone and other warm leads. You must have excellent telephone skills as well as being ‘at home’ speaking with clients face-to-face. Someone with business developments / field sales skills would be a great match for this role.

You will be working under a Field Sales Manager who will support you and encourage you. You will have full training within the role but it really stems down to personality and drive. You must be a self-starter and have bags of enthusiasm; be willing to put the work in to get the results. You must be eager to learn and be prepared to travel on the road. You will cover a sales patch stemming from the borders of Scotland down to North Wales.

Previous experience in either field sales or business developments is desirable. Someone wanting to take a step up from making sales appointments within an office may find this role particularly interesting. You must be prepared to be out of the office 99% of the time so understanding expectations is a given within this role; no day is the same but each day offers new rewards and opportunities.

You will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package ranging from £26,000 – £36,000basic car, generous bonus, phone, laptop, home broadband, pension, 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) and death in service.
