Field Sales Executive
To cover Leeds area

Salary: £26,000 per year + excellent bonuses + benefits. Realistic OTE £18,000 +

Job Purpose
To market and sell funeral plans in accordance with Company targets and procedures
Specific Responsibilities
· Make telephone appointments from leads provided by the Company
· Create own leads through referrals, group talks and other means of identifying prospects.
· Make telephone appointments from leads provided by the Company
· Create own leads through referrals, cold canvassing, housing schemes and other means of identifying prospects.
· For all new appointments, use the Company presentation to professionally demonstrate the different funeral plan options available within the Company portfolio.
· Meet validation and bonus targets through the conversion of presentations to completed plan sales
· Demonstrate the different funeral plan options available within the Company portfolio.
· Arrange and deliver group talks
· Accurately complete order/sales documentation in accordance with Company procedures
· Collect cash payments during banking hours and bank upon receipt
· Attend relevant training courses as arranged by the Company
· Establish, maintain and develop good working relationships with prospects, members and colleagues.
· As an ambassador of the Company, present a professional and positive image at all times
How Your Performance Will Be Measured
· Level of completed plan sales achieved against targets
· Number of appointments/presentations
· Initiative in finding own prospects
· Timeliness and accuracy of documentation
· Relationship with prospects and members
· Effectiveness of communication with Line Manager and internal departments
This job would suit someone who is:

Driven, enthusiastic, empathic, has high energy levels, pro active, not easily disheartened, has life skills and the ability to talk to anyone.
It would be preferable for you to have previous sales experience and ideal industry sectors would be: insurance, financial services, utilities.
