This role revolves around snacks and drinks for the retail market and the success of the team of 12 field agents in the field. This is a very successful patch who turnover £40 Million across the area but there is always room for improvement! You will be reporting on strategies, figures and forecasting to improve and develop the business along with team development on performance and sales levels.

This position as a home working position but you will be required to visit head office once or twice a week.

The position with my client is focused on analysing data and reporting back to the customer and the field sales manager, therefore you will need to be client facing and have a good grasp of financials and figures. You will need to have a strong background in management of sales figures, forecasting, making recommendations, with a strong analytical and strategic mind. A inquisitive mind is key to the success of this role as you will need to asses results from the field. Results will be presented back by you every month to head office in a formal presentation so PowerPoint skills also are required.
