Location: Enderby
Salary: £45,000 – £51,600 plus car, benefits and bonus

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the Sales department. The main focus of the role is to grow our business with the retention/expansion of existing accounts and development of new business through the management of the Sales team.

We want someone who will stretch and maximise our potential by consistently challenging the Sales targets, both individually and as a team, to ensure the success of every strategy.

Bakers Waste is a multi-sited independent Waste Management Company based in Enderby, Leicestershire with exciting and major growth plans for the future.

We provide a wide variety of waste solutions from general bin/skip/FEL/RORO collections to specific recycled products such as paper, cardboard, confidential waste, metal and plastics.

Job responsibilities include:

– retention and growth of existing accounts and development of new business across the whole range of products
– development and implementation of strategic Sales plan
– involvement in major tenders
– monitor and develop the Sales team through effective, measured training and review programme
– ensure all agreed targets are achieved in the timescale required
– preparation of the Sales budget and departmental KPI’s
– promote and ensure excellent customer support and communication skills across
Sales

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the waste industry, in managing other team members and be focused on increasing the profitability of the Company.

This is a senior role within the business reporting to the Managing Director. We are therefore looking for an exceptional candidate who can demonstrate consistency in exceeding Sales targets both individually and as a leader of a team, who has an aspiration to become a Sales Director.
