Field Care Supervisor

Mihomecare, an award winning Mitie Group Company, have an exciting new temporary Field Care Supervisor Role, in the Brockley branch.

This position is to cover Maternity Cover and could last from 6-12 months.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will answer to the Branch Manager. The role will include:

* Care Plans and Risk Assessments of new and existing Customers
* Customer Reviews
* Support worker supervision and support
* Support Worker training
* Support work: Fill-in and emergency cover
* Spot checks
* Liaison with other agencies, ie- Social Services
* On call-out of hours cover (at an increased rate)
* Any other duties as reasonably required by the Branch Manager.

Ideally you will hold an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, but this is not essential as full training will be given

Drivers with own transport essential.
