My Client are an established and ethical domiciliary care agency who are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor due to the evolution of their business based in London.

The Field Care Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient running of the area and making sure that all care plans are delivered accurately to assist with the provision of service to the elderly in their own homes.

This role also encompasses the initiation of care packages, introduction and shadowing of care workers to new clients, monitoring of the provision of care and will involve 95% of time out in the field/5% in the office for administrative tasks.

The Field Care Supervisor is required to have experience working for a Domiciliary Care Agency in a supervisory capacity and possess at least an NVQ/QCF level 2 in care.

For the Field Care Supervisor you must possess a ‘can do’ attitude, be adaptable, personable, demonstrate empathy, and also have the need to succeed.
