The Roles – Oracle / Solaris Field Service Engineer x2

Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit two customer focused Oracle / Solaris Field Service Engineers. In these rewarding roles the successful applicants will be responsible for managing customer relationships and resolving all Oracle, Solaris, VMware and connectivity technical support issues with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers, ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

These roles are ‘home based’ and will involve travel in the Midlands or the South East.

Your Background – Oracle / Solaris Field Service Engineer x2

To be considered for these roles you should have a strong background in an IT field service engineer, IT database administration or IT technical support role and have experience of one or more of the following technologies: Solaris, Oracle, VMware, SQL databases, HA / DR systems, server support, advanced technologies and front and back end support.
