Fibre Manager: Telecoms

Due to a company restructure and growth in the business; our client is looking to strengthen the Telecoms Infrastructure Division with an experienced Fibre Manager.

Key Essentials:

* As Fibre Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Project Managers involved in turnkey Telecoms Fibre Infrastructure Projects whilst reporting to the Director

* You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are planned and managed according to service level agreements and that all targets are met

* You will have overall Operational responsibility for the Fibre Services division, executing multiple customer projects, diversionary works and maintenance activities across various contracts

* Your role will involve regularly compiling reports showing the status of work in progress and an overview of the overall performance including forecasts and resources

* You will be responsible for establishing, developing, communicating and maintaining customer relations and business objectives whilst helping to grow the business further

Requirements:

* You should have a minimum of 15 years Managerial experience working on Telecoms Fibre Infrastructure Projects

* You should be confident in Managing a team of Project Managers ensuring that KPI’s and targets are achieved

* You should have excellent communication skills at all levels

* This is an excellent position that offers a salary of up to £90,000+ Fully Comprehensive Package
