Female Residential Support Worker – Saxmundham
Better Healthcare are looking for Support Workers to join our team!
Due to the nature of this service, the care it provides and the young people it cares for, they require female Support Workers for this role.
Can you:
Offer a safe, caring nature to looked after children and safeguard them from abuse, neglect and exploitation?
Continually display high standards of professionalism?
Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures?
Ensure all areas of the accommodation are maintained and kept safe?
Build therapeutic, meaningful relationships with the young people?
