Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
We are currently working with a well regarded and established farm growing various root and arable crops, based in beautiful Cornwall. They farm over 1500+ acres and need an experienced and proactive farm manager, with varied crop experience (ideally roots)
The Role:-
Managing the day to day requirements of the farm and co-ordinating the staff as required.
Working very closely with the owners, ensuring that schedules are kept to and any issues are flagged as soon as possible.
Developing production and planting plans throughout the year, ensuring utilisation is maximised The Candidate:-
Will have previous experience either as a Farm Manager looking for a new challenge or as an assistant looking to take a step up
Won’t be afraid to get stuck in and do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
Will be very organised in order to manage all the comings and goings of the farm
