Facilities Contract Manager – Hard FM – Corporate Client – Euston, North/Central London
My client is a leading Hard FM service provider, with operations across central London. Due to fantastic growth they are actively expanding their operations team, and seeking a static Facilities Contract Manager to be based in Euston, London
As the onsite Facilities Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day engineering operations, managing the onsite team (established), quotes, contract reviews with the client and monthly profit and loss reporting. The site is a corporate environment which will require a professional and technical approach to client requests.
Duties Include:
* Comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of all legislation, standards, and best practice in Hard FM Services including good technical building services knowledge.
* Report on business and sub-contractor performance through KPI reports and PMS.
* Be financially accountable, including the preparation, monitoring and management of the budget and profit and loss in line with agreed contract objectives – value of £1.2M + Extra Works
* Proven experience of successfully working in a similar role within a Hard FM environment
* Proven track record of providing proportionate and practicable solutions to the organisation
* Good interpersonal, verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills for weekly meetings with the clients representatives.
Salary & Package:
* £66,000.00 – £60,000.00 Per Annum
* Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

* HV-AP (Desirable)
* Proven track record in managing Hard FM contracts
* Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
* Highly self-motivated and ability to motivate others.
