Facilities Management. NVQ / QCF Assessor and Verifier

My client a lead national training provider are currently looking for an Assessor and Internal Verifier with experience within Facilities Management. However the ideal candidates will be multi-skilled in other sectors such as Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading, Functional Skills.

Responsibilities will include;
identification of learning needs of learners;
ensure that appropriate documentation is completed accurately in line with company, awarding body and SFA requirements;
to devise and maintain an individual learning plan in conjunction with the employer and learner;
plan and review the progress of learners;
support learners in the completion of portfolios of evidence;
undertake assessments in the workplace;
deliver underpinning knowledge and skills as required;
attend standardisation meetings as required

Other requirements;
guide and support their team of assessors particularly in relation to the verification process;
monitor and evaluate assessors practice
implement and maintain systems and documentation in compliance with the standards of the company and awarding bodies

Must hold relevant qualifications for the role such as PTLLS,
A1 or equivalent Assessor qualification
