Facilities Coordinator

Your Move is the UK’s largest single branded estate agency business and part of the LSL property services group. With estate agency branches nationwide we are arguably the most recognisable business within the property industry.

An opportunity has arisen within the Your Move Head Office as a Facilities Co-ordinator. Based within our Newcastle upon Tyne office, you will be providing administration support in various Property Management, Service Delivery and Health & Safety related matters. This will include dealing with suppliers of various goods and services managed by the Facilities Department and maintaining links with suppliers to ensure services provided are in line with service level agreements.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy administrative role and proven experience of working to priorities, under pressure. You must be able to prioritise your own workload and have the ability to work using your own initiative. With strong administration and co-ordination you will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with a good level of IT knowledge. You will be a customer service focused individual with high level analytical and problem solving skills.

This is a permanent role working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
