Salary: £27,600 – £31,200 per year
My client, a leading facilities management company, are looking a Customer Experience Manager (building manager) to join their growing Uxbridge/Middlesex based team.
Due to expansion & growth of the company, we are looking to recruit a client focussed individual with a passion for providing a 5* service.
The main job purpose is to work alongside the FM team to ensure visitors/guests are provided with a service and environment that is second to none.
Location: Uxbridge, Middlesex
Salary: £27,600 – £31,200
Hours: 8am-5pm – Mon-Fri
Permanent role
·Ensure the buildings are presented to the highest standard by carrying out daily audits reporting any defects and ensuring that appropriate service lines resolve these.
·To act as the key day to day focal point / representative for building occupants to seek help and to resolve the problems presented
·Drive a personal working style that supports the effective delivery of service in a multi-supplier service team and adopts and promotes the Team approach, ensuring all service delivery teams provide high levels of service.
·Take ownership of the entire building, taking initiative to continually improve services to clients, customers and guests.
·Carry out building audits to ensure the fabric and services are well presented and are in good working order. Any issues identified should be highlighted to our helpdesk and the post holder will be expected to work with our service partners to ensure prompt resolution of the issues.
·Carry out KPI audits of other service providers identifying any drops in service provision and working with the provider to improve their service to a 5 star standard.
·Ensure the Service Delivery Manager who will have overall responsibility for this location is kept appraised of all that is happening on-site.
·In the event of evacuation to act as Fire Point Co-Ordinator
·Responsible for coordinating weekly 1team meetings.
·Implement safe working practices to ensure the safety of building occupants and visitors
·To Co-ordinate local QHSE/ Process failure investigations in line with contract process
·To comply with the Uniform and Personal Presentation Policy
Essential
·Good level of IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn bespoke computer systems.
·Resilient and confident with dealing with people at all levels
·Able to handle a number of conflicting priorities
·Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
·Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work
·Ability to obtain and maintain SC level security clearance status
·Excellent customer care skills / proven experience in a customer facing role
·Previous background in managing people
·IOSH or similar qualification desirable
·Must be flexible in reacting to the customer’s needs.
·Experience working alongside security teams and ensuring duties are undertaken in accordance with assignment instructions.
·Experience reviewing operating procedures to drive efficiencies and better ways of working.
Desirable
·Experience in a similar role, or an in-depth knowledge of facilities provision and management
·ILM Level 3 in facilities management or similar qualification
·Project management skills desirable
·First aid qualification or willingness to work towards one
·SIA licence or willingness to work towards one
