Facilities Administrator
Bracknell (Office based)
Full Time – 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
2-month contact (this is likely to be extended)
£15.05 per hour

Tate are working with a highly popular, well-known UK retailer, to recruit for a Facilities Administrator.

As a Facilities Administrator, you will assist in the inspection and compliance measurement of the Campus buildings ensuring the premises are being kept in good shape and report faulty equipment.

The role

Key duties:

· Deliver effective building management processes to maintain outstanding levels of service and a consistent safe working environment for Partners, Visitors and Contractors working in our Head Office Campus.
· Deliver continuous high standards of service across the day-to-day Facilities Building Operations including internal and external logistics services.
· Establish excellent 1st line support for Meeting Rooms, Work setting setups, sample management and maintain all soft services Facilities in the business.
· Work across the broader facilities team to support where required to
· Implement Health and Safety and Fire safety processes to ensure current standards and compliance are achieved.
· To promote good communication between Partners and 3rd Party Suppliers and establish flexibility throughout the Facilities team to assist in other areas of the department when required as directed by the Facilities Manager.
· In line with the Partnership procedures and policies take an interest in those working or visiting site ensuring security, safety, and compliance of all buildings and spaces reporting issues to support improvement
· Act as an assistant to the Lead Fire Marshal during drills and evacuations.
· Play a vital role in the recovery of the business in case of service failure or other situation, providing assistance where required to recover campus.
The ideal candidate:
· A strong administrator – Must have experience in an office coordinator / diary management / senior administrator role.
· You must be highly organised and able to work in pressured environments
· You must be able to identify problems and work with compliance and company procedures
· Be able to identify who is impacted by goals/objectives and therefore who is key to achieving the desired successful outcomes.
· Attention to detail
· Be able to liaise with external companies to adhere to procedures
