Salary: £93,600 – £105,600 per year
A leading facade contractor is actively recruiting an experienced, facade project manager to join them on a scheme in Brighton.
The wider project is an RC Frame residential scheme, but as a facade project manager you will be overseeing the full facade package. This includes; windows, curtain walling, sliders, metsec and aluminium rainscreen.
As a facade project manager, you must have experience working for a subcontractor on similar packages. Your duties will also include;
* Reporting into a contracts manager
* Liaising with the main contractor
* Ensuring the packages are on program
* Ensuring H&S is followed
* Proactive and driven
* Number one on site
You will not be considered if you come from a main contractor or developer.
