Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year
ACR have registered an excellent opportunity for a External Site Manager with one of London’s leading developers of high end residnetial units.
The company are seeking the services of an experienced External Site Manager on a permanent basis to assist with the development high rise apartment blocks across a massive residnetial scheme. The individual will be tasked with all external elements from Scaffolding Packages, Facades, SFS, Brick Work, Roofing and Waterproofing to name a small selection.
The ideal candidate will have exposure in a management or supervisory capacity on Residential schemes of a similar nature/size with a valid SMSTS and CSCS card. This is an excellent opportunity for any capable manager to join a leading and ever expanding residential developer with excellent career development prospects, training and highly competitive salary package.
