External Senior Site Manager

Salary: £300 – £336 per day

One of the UK’s fastest growing developers is actively seeking an External Senior Site Manager to lead a delivery team on a major regeneration scheme in Hertfordshire.

This cash rich developer has one of the largest land banks in the South east, with a very strong pipeline of work across London and Essex. Build a mix of small to major developments, including RC frame medium-high rise flats and traditional build houses, they can offer a variety of schemes for you to work on.

As an External Senior Site Manager you will be leading the team on a phase of 220 apartments, in a number of medium rise RC frame blocks. The wider scheme is due to last for many years and will include over 1500 apartments & new schools, health care, leisure & community amenities once completed.

You will be reporting directly into a lead Project Manager, while leading a team including a Site Manager, & Assistant site managers. As an External Senior Site Manager you will be dealing with everything from; RC frame, sfs, brickwork, roofing & external landscaping.

You must have experience delivering a medium to large sized residential scheme from ground through to completion – Strong external site managers with this experience will also be considered. Due to this being a permanent position, longevity with employers is also key.

Someone from a main contractor and/ or with an engineering degree experience is highly beneficial, you must also be technically strong.
