You will be joining a privately-owned, well-established, energetic, forwarding business at this EXCITING time! They`re now in their 65th year of trading and having experienced significant and continued growth thought-out this time (doubling in headcount annually). They are now seeking an additional well-experienced Export individual to join there enthusiastic Operations team. Their success and growth is a result of both their competitive rates and their service levels, so anyone wanting to join this team must place equal levels of importance to delivering service excellence.

You will be ahead of the competition if you have previous experience working with Port System, Destin8 CNS, etc. You will take operational responsibility for a shipment from the moment it sets sail until the moment it is delivered, as well as dealing with all air freight, customs entries exports, and tracking shipments as well as updating customers. You will not have your own customs clearances as our Client have an in house team who take charge of this, although you will have to provide this team with the relevant paperwork.

The Company are based in the Slough area with a working environment that has the occasional beer on a Friday, approachable employees, in an open planned office. Your potential future employer will give you every resource and all the support required for you to be successful – there are no limits to your progression! (You`re not baby sat or looked over, they let you excel at what you do best!)

This role is very Client driven and you will have a base of regular exporters that you will be tasked to develop tight commercial relationships with. You will highly enjoy the interaction that comes with his role as it is not structured so all you do is process documents onto a computer.
