Job title: Experienced Sales Negotiator
Salary: Negotiable starting salary with uncapped commission scheme
Location: Cambridge
Type of contract: Permanent
Workplace description: A well know and respected estate agents that has been selling and letting prime property in and around Cambridge for more than 25 years.
Focused on selling and letting properties in Cambridge City Centre and villages to the north, south, west and east of the city. Our long-standing connections with other agents, solicitors, surveyors and lenders mean we are best-placed to ensure that deals stay on track to the end.
Main duties and responsibilities: Occasional viewings.
Deal with phone and email queries.
Negotiate offers and advise vendors
Liaise with all interested parties (solicitors, mortgage brokers etc).
Build a client base in your particular area.
Keep your administrative records updated.
Essential criteria: You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
