Sales Estimator

Salary: £33,600 – £38,400 per year

Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client based in Newbury who are seeking an Estimator. The role is working Monday – Friday and offering a salary of £33,600 – £38,400, plus a list of impressive benefits including annual bonus, hybrid working, regular socials, 24 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays and birthday off, Christmas closure, free onsite parking and more!

Duties include:

• Read and interpret clients’ drawings and specifications
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers and suppliers to collect information for quote preparation
• Submit bids/quotations within specified deadlines
• Follow up quotes and convert them to orders
• Deal with commercial sales opportunities and ad hoc sales opportunities as they arise
• Develop opportunities and relationships with new customers & build on relationships with existing customers

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills & ability to build strong relationships
• Organised, motivated and able to prioritise and plan own workload in line with strict deadlines
• Full driving license preferable
