Harriet Ellis Recruitment have vacancies avaliable for Expericenced Recruitment Consultant’s to hit the ground running in our Perm and Temp divisions, covering; Allied Health, Dental, RGN & Theatre.
Job Description:
As an Expericenced Recruitment Consultant you will be reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager and be responsible for growing revenue for the business. You will be expected to exceed individual and department targets and hit the ground running. You will be the first point of contact for all inbound recruitment enquires so a professional attutide is essential in this role.
You should have gained your experience as a Recruitment Consultant ideally in the medical sector. You should be driven, confident with excellent communication and customer service skills. You must also have excellent ability to question, build rapport, fact find and influence decision makers. A strong minded go getter with a resilient nature is essential, as is the ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team.
Key Requirements:
•Resourcing Candidates
•Securing Candidate Interviews / placements
•Maintaing CRM data
•Adehering to Company and Sector Compliance
•Attending to inbound and outbound calls and closing placement opportunities
•Ensuring maximum placement rates and optimum placement opportunities are met.
•Maintaining up to date sector knowledge, in order to offer the full range of features and benefits to candidates and clients.
•Building relationships and rapport with candidates and clients, resulting in increased trust in the company and its recruitment division.
Location: Romford
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
Full time Permanent: 40 Hours
