Expeditor

An Expeditor is required to provide support to a busy automotive manufacturing company based in Sunderland. The Expeditor role is permanent role that is offering a competitive annual salary of up to £37,200per annum.
Responsible for:

* The on time delivery of schedule orders
* Inventory control and management
* Discussion of supply and transport plans with logistics service providers
* Establish and maintain effective systems and processes
* Deal with issues and call ins
* Monitor suppliers at risks
* Manage data integrity metrics
* Gather data to generate supplier delivery metrics
* Ensure alignment of inventory in line with customer demands

The ideal person will be:

* Relevant professional qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* PC literate including MS Office and Excel
* Have MRP knowledge
