Salary: £15.83 per hour
A well-established company operating in a niche market, currently have an opportunity for a JUNIOR BUYER / EXPEDITOR to join their growing organisation based in Normanton, West Yorkshire
Responsibilities
• Ensuring the completion of daily reports
• Liaising with internal departments as well as suppliers & production for lead times
• Responsible for updating all orders on ERP System
• Chasing overdue orders and delays
• Stock reporting using Excel
• Cross checking information
• Obtaining prices from suppliers
• Progressing delivery with suppliers
• General admin duties
Qualifications & Skills
• Previous experience of an ERP/MRP system
• Knowledge of using office tools inc. Excel & Word
• Used to a busy environment and being able to multitask
• Experienced with processing a high volume of orders
• High attention to details is needed
