Expediter / Supply Specialist (Spanish Speaking)

My client is a global service delivery business and they need a Spanish speaking expediter to join their team and work to ensure world-class customer services.
Duties to include:
• Daily liaison with Spanish suppliers to arrange deliveries
• Liaison with haulage companies to book and confirm transportation
• Updating of the in-house planning system
• Interaction with internal supply chain colleagues to highlight and resolve issues
• Using excel to record and document data and KPI’s
Experience / Skills Required
• MUST be bilingual Spanish / English
• Experience of dealing with Spanish supply base
• Excellent administration and organisation skills
• Some exposure to supply chain planning and lean preferred
• High level of ability using Excel
• Good communication and relationship building skills
