A global, full service face-to-face live events marketing partner is looking for an Exhibition Events Manager to join their Client Relations team. You will be delivering services to the highest level and in return will receive a salary of £42,000 – £48,000basic per year, + car allowance, fuel card and healthcare scheme, as well as hybrid working and international travel.

As an Exhibition Events Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering allocated events across all venues around the UK and Europe to standard on time and within budget.
• Providing a single point of contact for the client for all services and ensure client satisfaction is met, if not, exceeding expectations.
• Managing onsite resources during build & break of the event, liaising with division Site Managers, and maintaining open communication with the client.
• Providing onsite presence during open hours of the event to maintain the single point of contact for the client.
• Responding to client requests in a timely manner in order to exceed client expectations and customer service levels, whilst managing expectations.
• Reviewing the P&L on all allocated shows and accurately forecasting all LOB`s final total revenues when requested.
• Identifying any additional service opportunities =and formulate a plan to acquire the additional work, presenting back to the Head of UK Account Management.

We are looking for an Exhibition Events Manager who has the following skills and experiences:

• Experience in an Events/Account Management role. 
• Excellent knowledge of the exhibition industry. 
• Good financial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Adept at creating lasting relationships.
