We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate with a successful track record in telesales.
You will be given complete autonomy in this role and success relies completely upon you and your desire to be Number 1.
Your role will involve:
Developing and converting business over the telephone from cold calling
Keeping up to date records of business information
Achieving targets of 100+ cold calls per day
Scheduling and honouring call backs
Liaising with management team on KPI’s and customer updates
You will be joining a fun, motivated team who fully support each other and the company’s vision and goals.
The salary for this role is £26,000 rising to £17,500 after completion of probation period. The realistic OTE for the first year is £18,000. Top billers within the company are earning considerably more than this.
Hours are:
Monday – 7.45am – 5pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 8.30am – 5pm
Friday 8.30am – 4pm
