UK Based – Leeds based HQ – remote base possible.

Up to £50,000.00 (we will consider more for very high billing consultants) + Car + Bonus (uncapped to 50% of billings) + Package + Long term incentive plan (depending on experience)

We are seeking those who can add to the exceptional client base we already have, not those who want to leverage our client base.

It will be a key requirement that you win new assignments every month and that you have a consistent track record of doing so. Your team will support the delivery of the assignments that you win and it is equally important to you that the assignments are delivered to the very highest quality.

Think of it as a business within a business operating to the same very high standards and sharing exceptional resources and capability.

You go the extra mile to win clients, but also to keep them.

Delivering to the standard and expectation set is equally if not more important. Oh, and it is critical that you work for the benefit of the whole team. You know that doing so helps everyone and that together, everyone achieves more.

It is possible that you have experience of leading a large team, or a small team who are supporting the delivery of your assignments; or that you are a consistently top-performing consultant (on a contingent or retained basis). What is important is that you do so with exceptionally high quality, month in month out and enjoy the benefit and reward of doing so.
