Johnson Controls Global WorkPlace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Evening Cleaning Team Leader** to join the team located in Southampton.
The successful candidate will provide and deliver best value, quality cleaning, ensuring team members complete duties to client standards and site specifications through the delivery of the cleaning schedules. The role will be working 18:30- 23:00
Role Summary:
Responsible for the management and attendance of evening cleaning staff
Assist Day Cleaning Supervisor to recruit, induct, train and motivate staff to achieve required standards of performance, compliant with BICS Standards.
Training and motivating staff to achieve required standards of performance and retrain where necessary
Responsible for managing conduct and poor performance
Identify issues with conduct, attendance and performance and raise with Customer Service Manager.
Supervise staff in accordance with company process and procedures and agreed specification.
Liaison with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure safe working practices through implementation of company EHS standards.
Ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are in place and adhered to
Ensuring all staff maintains safe working practices through implementation of Company and Health & Safety standards & regulations.
Ensuring all work orders are responded to quickly and efficiently.
Regular communication with staff
Carry out any additional cleaning and associated tasks as required
