• External brand awareness and platform management i.e Glassdoor/Indeed
• Oversight of recruitment budget
• Oversight of benefits package and strategy
• Oversight of diversity improvement regarding recruitment
• New site opening management
• Ensuring recruitment best practice and compliance with employment law
• Be the expert in employment law regarding recruitment

The successful European Recruitment Manager will have/be:

• At least 3-5 yrs recruitment experience
• recruiting in Europe
