Job summary – 
Preparation of export documentation for Europe and Rest of world business to ensure spare parts are able to be shipped.
Adhoc tasks including invoicing and arranging parts logistics incoming and outgoing.

Roles and responsibilties –

* Preparation of dispatch export docmentation in line with customs requirements.
* Liaison with DHL regarding shipping requirments
* Communication with internal departments and external warehouses to establish order picking or delivery requirements.
* Proof of delivery confirmation.
* Data input with hgh level of acuracy.
* Work within CTPAT requirements
