European Education Manager

What will you be doing?

This is a very exciting opportunity to work within an international education environment. Your role will involve managing a team of overseas agents to ensure all processes run smoothly and to strict deadlines.

A highly commercial role, ensuring business continuity by developing and maintaining key relationships with regionally based clients to ensure the company is the first port of call for all students wishing to study in the UK or online, with a UK based company.

You will be providing essential management support to European based teams tasked with the ongoing development of the company’s international expansion strategy through policy review, process coordination and improvement, market research, service delivery and people management & development.

As well as bigger picture strategic involvement you will also get involved in the day to day running of the international office. For example ensuring visa documents are processed accordingly and offers are delivered and processed to strict SLAs.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a degree educated professional with significant experience in a similar function ideally from an international education office with knowledge of the UK higher education system.

This is an exceptionally busy and varied role for a very strong administrator with good organisational skills and ideally some line management experience.

You will be a superb communicator with strong coordination skills gained from working in a busy and demanding administrative role. Ideally you will have worked in a deanery environment with knowledge of higher education structures and processes.

You will have advanced knowledge of at least one European language.
