Salary: £26,000 per year
Walker & Sloan are actively looking to resource a small works Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join a highly sought after privately owned building contractor based just outside of Swindon.
As the lead Estimator / QS within the small works division, you will be managing different tenders and commercial aspects on projects up to and around £1m in value. Typical projects will be commercially focused and will be refurbishment lead with some new build work as well.
On offer is a basic salary heading towards the £26,000mark with a car or car allowance and additional package on top. Please note that this basic salary could stretch slightly further for the right individual.
